New i-learning module for FIAS Merchants

29 October 2019

AIC Services has added a new module to its Trade Assurance Scheme i-learning portfolio to support participants of the FIAS scheme.

FIAS Merchant consists of 5 modules which cover all requirements of the FIAS Merchant Standard: legislation, security, risk assessment, internal audits, supplier approval, product sales and delivery, training and record keeping.

The course can be viewed using PC, tablet or smart phone and studied at convenient times and locations that suit them. Each module is designed to take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Once the course is complete, a certificate is issued by email which can be added to personal training records and used as evidence of training in an audit.

The course is now live and access is available to all participants via the AIC-Kiwa participant portal on the AIC website.

Login details should be requested from Kiwa Agri-Food on or 01423 878873.
